- Your website remains the property of SpiderShare.net and failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of use will result in your contract being terminated and your website being removed from our servers without any monetary refund.
- Failure to pay will result in your website being taken offline. You will be sent a reminder after your first 11 months that your website is due for renewal and will be given details of how to pay. You will be sent a further reminder 7 days before your 12 month expiry date.
- This is in no way to be used as a backup service for your photos and SpiderShare are not responsible if a photo is deleted that you have not kept a copy of on your own media i.e. your computer hard drive, CD etc
- Your website must not contain any content of an adult nature. If your site is found to break these rules, your site will be taken offline immediately and will not be reinstated until you have removed the inappropriate material. You will not be entitled to any monetary refund regardless of whether the site stays offline or not.
- The content on your site is your responsibility and SpiderShare and its parent company SpiderServe are in no way responsible for any content that may upset or cause offence to your users.
- It is your responsibility to keep your information safe. SpiderShare and its parent company SpiderServe are not responsible for any of loss of data.
